Adult Combat Arts classes:

Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Initial enrollment: $300 – includes starter gear package and 1st month tution.
Monthly Tuition: $100/month ($70/month for active CrossFit Champions members).

Kids Self Defense:
